2 Axis CNC Head Counter balance

The 50100 2 Axis CNC Unit has limited hydraulic power available to move the tool holder and cutting tools. As RPM increases the amount of force available reduces due to centrifugal forces that pull the tools away from the spindle center-line. For profiling tools, this can be one of the reasons for following errors, and for form tools, this can be one of the reasons for chatter. This balance system attaches to the tool holder connecting to a counter balance weight across the center-line. This balances the center-line weight of the tool head and reduces centrifugal force exerts on the tool holder. Increase both RPM capabilities, and form insert cutting performance.
